Trois heures d'atelier c'est la fois très court et long pour une première approche de la sculpture.

Nous avons donc fait le choix de maquettes en siporex pour faciliter cette rencontre avec la matière.

Un thème dans le cadre d une commande publique de la ville de Tulle à Jacques Tramont assisté par l'atelier de Marc la Tour : sculpter l'oiseau.

Un regard sur des artistes très différents : Brancusi, Braque, Zadkine ,Cueco des approches divergentes pour inspirer nos 4 stagiaires.

Comment se positionner face à son bloc, comment tenir les outils sans se faire mal , éviter de se crisper, séparer ses coups ,aller vers l'intérieur du matériau, fixer son dessin intial...autant de petits conseils à prendre en compte dés le départ.

Chacun choisit sa représentation figurative ou abstraite en sachant que nous ne terminerons pas en 3 heures : rapidement 4 approches différentes un envol vertical, un mouvement oblique, un mouvement horizontal et une stabilité verticale. Dessin d'un profil en long c'est beaucoup plus difficile en travers nous n'avons que peu d'épaisseur de matériau de départ : relief ou ronde bosse ?

Ainsi commence le corps a corps avec la matière et quelques  précautions pour ne pas casser.

Plusieurs étapes en prenant soin de prendre du recul pour périodiquement regarder sa sculpture . 

C'est déjà terminé pour les 3 H ,chacun à l'air satisfait bien sur il faudra continuer.

Each one chooses its figurative or abstract representation knowing that we will not finish in 3 hours: quickly 4 different approaches a vertical flight, an oblique movement, a horizontal movement and a vertical stability. Drawing a long profile is much more difficult across we have only little thickness of starting material: relief or round bump?
Thus begins the body to body with the material and some precautions not to break.
Several steps taking care to take a step back to periodically look at his sculpture .
It’s already over for the 3 H’s, everyone looks satisfied of course we will have to continue.

Una mirada a artistas muy diferentes: Brancusi, Braque, Zadkine ,Cueco de enfoques divergentes para inspirar a nuestros 4 aprendices.
Cómo posicionarse frente a su bloque, cómo sujetar las herramientas sin hacerse daño , evitar crispar, separar sus golpes ,ir hacia el interior del material, fijar su dibujo intial...tantos pequeños consejos a tener en cuenta desde el principio.
Cada uno elige su representación figurativa o abstracta sabiendo que no terminaremos en 3 horas: rápidamente 4 aproximaciones diferentes un vuelo vertical, un movimiento oblicuo, un movimiento horizontal y una estabilidad vertical. Dibujo de un perfil largo es mucho más difícil a través tenemos poco espesor de material de partida: ¿relieve o joroba redonda?
Así comienza el cuerpo a cuerpo con la materia y algunas precauciones para no romper.
Varias etapas tomando el cuidado de dar un paso atrás para ver periódicamente su escultura .
Ya está terminado para las 3 H, cada uno parece satisfecho, por supuesto.
