La plus grande attention devrait être portée au gestionnaire du lieu dont il faudra définir le profil .
Le ou la gestionnaire du lieu serait sélectionné par appel de candidature national en privilégiant un profil de sculpteur pouvant encadrer des formations et gérer l'hébergement seul où en couple.
Le rôle de l'association et des bénévoles serait d'accompagner le projet et de participer activement à l'animation du site.
La gestion ne devrait pas occasionner de coût de fonctionnement supplémentaire à la commune voire à terme grâce à une programmation annuelle assurant un revenu au gestionnaire.

Debería prestarse la máxima atención al administrador del lugar cuyo perfil habrá de definirse .
El gestor o la gestora del lugar sería seleccionado por convocatoria nacional privilegiando un perfil de escultor que pueda enmarcar formaciones y gestionar el alojamiento solo o en pareja.
El papel de la asociación y de los voluntarios sería acompañar el proyecto y participar activamente en la animación del sitio.
Se espera que la gestión no ocasione gastos de funcionamiento adicionales al municipio, o incluso a largo plazo, gracias a una programación anual que garantice ingresos al administrador.
Este modo de gestión permitiría perpetuar el taller de Marc la Tour e inscribir el municipio de Lagarde Marc la Tour en un proyecto global de desarrollo turístico.
