APPEL DE CANDIDATURE RESIDENCE DE SCULPTURE
MARC LA TOUR 2022
L' atelier de sculpture de Marc la Tour aura 30 ans en 2022.Une nouvelle résidence de sculpture sera organisée à cette occasion.
De 1999 2009 a été créée la promenade de la pierre dans le village , elle entre dialogue avec le village ,les hameaux , et leur environnement..
De 2009 à 2019 le jardin de sculptures créé dans le village entre en dialogue avec les cultures du monde : Asie, Afrique, Amérique, Océanie , Europe.
Une nouvelle démarche s'engage en 2022 pour l'atelier de Marc la Tour : le jardin d Eden où des délices.
Les sculpteurs auront à leur disposition des blocs de granite auxquels il pourront associer d'autres matériaux durables.
La résidence qui se déroulera du 17 juillet au 7 août 2202 s'inscrit dans la démarche du jardin d'Eden et des délices sur plusieurs années en partenariat avec l'atelier de sculpture de Marc la Tour et nos partenaires institutionnels.
Elle accueillera une sculptrice et un sculpteur Européen en 2022.
Chacun disposera d'un bloc de granite de 170/50/40 cm.
L'œuvre sculptée en granite pourra intégrer d'autres matériaux pérennes (peinture, métal, céramique, végétaux...).
Les candidats devront présenter un projet : dessin ou maquette en rapport avec la thématique proposée.
Ils seront hébergés chez l'habitant et recevrons une indemnité de 1700 euros pour leur œuvre qui restera propriété de la Commune. Leur frais de déplacements seront pris en charge sur facture à hauteur de 500 euros maximum.
Le dossier de candidature devra contenir :
le projet de l'artiste, son curriculum vitae, des image d'œuvres déjà réalisées, une assurance professionnelle.
Il devra être déposé au plus tard le 15 mars 2022.
Un jury composé par l'association Fragments retiendra les deux candidats une sculptrice et un sculpteur, deux suppléants éventuels pourront être retenus pour une autre résidence.

A new approach is launched in 2022 for the workshop of Marc la Tour: the garden of Eden where delights.
The sculptors will have at their disposal granite blocks to which they can associate other durable materials.
The residency, which will take place from July 17 to August 7, 2202, is part of the Garden of Eden and Delights over several years in partnership with the sculpture workshop of Marc la Tour and our institutional partners.
It will host a European sculptor and sculptor in 2022.
Each will have a block of granite of 170/50/40 cm.
The work sculpted in granite will integrate other perennial materials (painting, metal, ceramics, plants...).
Applicants must submit a project: drawing or mock-up in relation to the proposed theme.
They will be housed at the residence and will receive an allowance of 1700 euros for their work which will remain the property of the Commune. Their travel costs will be covered on invoice up to a maximum of 500 euros.
The application package must contain:
the artist’s project, curriculum vitae, images of works already made, professional insurance.
It must be filed no later than March 15, 2022.A jury composed by the association Fragments will retain the two candidates a sculptor and a sculptor, two possible alternates may be retained for another residency.
