Le bâtiment comporte trois niveaux le rez de chaussée environ 57 m2 ,le niveau 1 environ 57 m2 et les combles 36 m2 habitables soit une surface totale de 150 m2 que l'on retrouve sur les plans ci joints ainsi qu'un vide sanitaire seulement sur une partie du bâtiment côté Est.
L'intérieur du bâtiment n'est pas isolé , il devra donc être entièrement recomposé en fonction du projet i compris la partie Ouest du rez de chaussée qui n'a pas de vide sanitaire.
Le bâtiment en pierre avec les encadrements en beau granite local est globalement en bon état mais la toiture d'origine sera probablement à reprendre en tout ou partie.
Le bâtiment a deux façades remarquables : la façade principale orientée au sud avec sa petite tour pigeonnier centrale au niveau des combles. La porte à double battants avec une imposte éclairait l'ancienne entrée . Six belles ouvertures animent la façade.
La façade Est est très originale avec une grande ouverture au rez de chaussée . Au 1er étage la porte fenêtre ouvre sur un petit balcon protégé par un débord de toit entre les deux murs en saillie soutenus par des corbeaux en bel appareil de granite. Une fenêtre est également ouverte au niveau des combles .
3/L'ENVIRONNEMENT DU BATIMENT
La démolition de la grange côté Ouest qui était séparée du bâtiment par un large et beau portail d'entrée, la construction de deux pavillons avec la voie d'accès a modifié l'environnement du bâtiment lui faisant perdre une partie de son charme. Il faudra réparer ce manque en végétalisant les limites. Il reste actuellement un espace qui permet de stationner 4 où 5 véhicules .
La cour a été amputé de sa fontaine, le bac en granite a été déplacé .La conduite d'eau venant du pré en amont a été coupée sans doute au moment de la réalisation des pavillons. On perçoit encore un ancien pavage de la cour qui pourrait être mis à jour.
La cour est fermée côté Est par un muret surmonté d'un belle clôture en métal.
Le
jardin a gardé sa configuration une partie avait été coupée pour
élargie la voie dans les année 60 en contrebas, un mur en pierre imposant a été
construit pour soutenir le jardin. Il est surmonté d'une croix en
métal . A cet endroit se trouvait le point de départ de la
procession annuelle de la Lunade .
La continuité du mur le long de la route est en très mauvais état. Il tient uniquement par la végétation et devra un jour où l'autre être repris sans doute en pierre sèche avec un talus.
Le pré du curé qui jouxte le jardin est devenu le jardin des sculptures de l'Association Fragments depuis 2009 avec l'accord de la Municipalité. Il a gardé sa forme d'amphithéâtre naturel, ses sources, la réserve de la fontaine du village, une ancienne pêcherie. Le jardin des sculptures avec ses 49 sculptures sera aménagé prochainement dans un écran de verdure.
2/ THE CURRENT BUILDING
The building has three levels the ground floor approximately 57 m2 ,level 1 approximately 57 m2 and the attic 36 m2 habitable or a total surface of 150 m2 that can be found on the attached plans as well as a crawl space only on a part of the building on the East side.The interior of the building is not isolated, so it will have to be completely recomposed according to the project i including the western part of the ground floor which has no crawl space.
The stone building with the beautiful local granite frames is generally in good condition but the original roof will probably be taken over in whole or part.
The building has two remarkable facades: the main facade facing south with its small central pigeon tower at the level of the attic. The double-cased door with a transom illuminated the old entrance. Six beautiful openings animate the facade.
The East facade is very original with a large opening on the ground floor . On the 1st floor the French window opens onto a small balcony protected by a overhang of roof between the two projecting walls supported by corbels in beautiful granite apparatus. A window is also open at the attic.
3/THE BUILDING ENVIRONMENT
The demolition of the west side barn which was separated from the building by a wide and beautiful entrance gate, the construction of two pavilions with the access road changed the building’s environment causing it to lose some of its charm. This lack will have to be repaired by vegetating the limits. There is currently a space that allows to park 4 or 5 vehicles .
The court was amputated from its fountain, the granite tray was moved . The water pipe coming from the upstream meadow was probably cut when the pavilions were built. There is still an old courtyard paving that could be updated.
The courtyard is closed on the East side by a wall surmounted by a beautiful metal fence.
The garden kept its configuration a part had been cut to widen the way in the year 60 below, an imposing stone wall was built to support the garden. It is surmounted by a metal cross. At this place was the starting point of the annual procession of the Lunade .
The continuity of the wall along the road is in very bad condition. It stands only by the vegetation and will one day have to be taken again probably in dry stone with a slope.
The meadow of the parish priest adjoining the garden has become the sculpture garden of the Fragments Association since 2009 with the agreement of the Municipality. It has retained its natural amphitheatre form, its springs, the village fountain reserve, an ancient fishery. The sculpture garden with its 49 sculptures will soon be set up in a green screen.
2/ EL EDIFICIO ACTUAL
El edificio consta de tres niveles, la planta baja de unos 57 m2, el nivel 1 de unos 57 m2 y los desvanes de 36 m2 habitables, lo que representa una superficie total de 150 m2 que se encuentran en los planos adjuntos, así como un vacío sanitario sólo en una parte del edificio del lado este.El interior del edificio no está aislado, por lo que deberá ser totalmente reconstruido en función del proyecto i incluida la parte Oeste de la planta baja que no tiene un vacío sanitario.
El edificio de piedra con los marcos de granito local es en general en buen estado, pero el techo original será probablemente de nuevo en su totalidad o en parte.
El edificio tiene dos fachadas notables: la fachada principal orientada al sur con su pequeña torre palomar central a nivel de los desvanes. La puerta de doble hoja con una imposta iluminaba la antigua entrada . Seis hermosas aberturas animan la fachada.
La fachada Este es muy original con una gran apertura en la planta baja . En el 1er piso la puerta ventana abre a un pequeño balcón protegido por un desbordamiento de techo entre las dos paredes salientes apoyadas por cuervos de bonito aparato de granito. También hay una ventana abierta en el ático .
3/EL MEDIO AMBIENTE DEL EDIFICIO
La demolición del granero del lado oeste que estaba separado del edificio por una amplia y hermosa puerta de entrada, la construcción de dos pabellones con la vía de acceso modificó el entorno del edificio haciéndole perder parte de su encanto. Será necesario reparar esta carencia vegetando los límites. Actualmente queda un espacio que permite estacionar 4 o 5 vehículos .
El patio fue amputado de su fuente, el cajón de granito fue movido . La tubería de agua que venía del prado río arriba fue cortada sin duda en el momento de la realización de los pabellones. Todavía se percibe un antiguo pavimento del patio que podría ser actualizado.
El patio está cerrado lado este por un muro rematado por una hermosa valla de metal.
El jardín guardó su configuración una parte había sido cortada para ensanchar la vía en los años 60 abajo, una pared de piedra imponente fue construida para sostener el jardín. Está coronado por una cruz de metal . En este lugar estaba el punto de partida de la procesión anual de la Lunade .
La continuidad del muro a lo largo de la carretera está en muy mal estado. Se sostiene sólo por la vegetación y tendrá que un día en que el otro ser recogido sin duda en piedra seca con un talud.
El prado del párroco que bordea el jardín se ha convertido en el jardín de las esculturas de la Asociación Fragmentos desde 2009 con el acuerdo del Municipio. Conserva su forma de anfiteatro natural, sus fuentes, la reserva de la fuente del pueblo, una antigua pesquería. El jardín de las esculturas con sus 49 esculturas se instalará próximamente en una pantalla de verdor.
