chronique dominicale N° 454 L' atelier de Marc la Tour le 12 août 2023

 Ce samedi 12 août 2023 nous sommes 8 à l'atelier , chacun s'affaire à sa sculpture Nathalie, Martial ,les 3 Michel sont là, Martin notre ami australien, Jean Pierre et Jacques.

A l'heure du café nous faisons le point pour installer début septembre l'arc avant que ne commence l'aménagement du jardin de sculpture par la Commune. Michel a repris les ciseaux pour sculpter sa sirène c'est bon signe, il nous faudra toutefois trouver un tracteur pour transporter les pierres de l'arc.

Nous parlons également du projet de monument pour la Résistance à Saint Gilles des forêts, Jacques présente deux projets, il faudra finaliser les maquettes pour que la Commune puisse choisir .C'est un beau challenge pour notre atelier qui le réalisera collectivement.

La prochaine biennale se déroulera la dernière semaine de juillet du 20 au 28 juillet avec tous les membres de l'atelier, ce pourrait être l'occasion d'une rencontre exceptionnelle avec l'atelier Fragments Australien de Margaret River.

Enfin l'exposition de l'atelier à Gimel commence le 15 août, nous en parlerons lors du prochain blog.

We also talk about the monument project for the Resistance in Saint Gilles des Forêts, Jacques presents two projects, it will be necessary to finalize the models so that the Commune can choose . It is a great challenge for our workshop which will realize it collectively.

The next biennial will take place the last week of July from July 20 to 28 with all the members of the workshop, it could be the occasion of an exceptional meeting with the workshop Australian Fragments of Margaret River.
